Jim Lewis, CEO
Jim was the founder and President of Veris Industries, a global supplier of power and environmental sensors used in building automation. Prior to Veris, Mr. Lewis held several positions within Honeywell including Branch Manager. His extensive background in building automation, metering, and sensing technologies continue to drive innovative products that meet the needs of building owners. Mr. Lewis continues to make Obvius a recognized leader in energy data acquisition.

Stephen Herzog, CTO
Stephen founded Secure Design, a software and consulting company that specialized in Novell NetWare, Linux, and Internet connectivity. Stephen has developed several software packages including SDProxy, a Linux based embedded firewall with web browser interface, SDLPD and QView Pro, a Novell NetWare print management system. His extensive knowledge of embedded systems running on Linux, Internet connectivity, and interactive database websites has helped Obvius stay on the cutting edge of technology.

Allen Schatz, CFO
Allen brings 30 years of broad financial and business management experience gained as CFO of start-up and emerging-stage companies. His career began with eight years as a CPA for Deloitte & Touche. He subsequently played key financial and general management roles with manufacturing and software companies. Using a hands-on style, Allen has implemented comprehensive financial controls and information systems that enable Obvius to experience healthy growth.
