Obvius takes your right to privacy seriously, and wants you to feel comfortable using Obvius.com (the “Website”). We collect personally identifiable information, as defined below, from you when you register as a user of our Building Manager Online (“BMO”) service and through our contact forms used to facilitate communications with you.

Any information provided within contact forms on our Website will be distributed to Obvius employees only. Data collected from obvius.com will only be used to for direct correspondence by Obvius and the party submitting the information. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, Venue

Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action by you arising out of or related to use of the Website or this Privacy Policy must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
